Carlo was Williams F1’s creative leader for five seasons, designing all brand touch points from sales and commercial materials to the Formula One car’s livery. In a world where brand value is measured in millions, Carlo saw to it that Williams and its clients were always perfectly presented. He specialises in 3D design, brand identity, digital and design for print.
Joe Swallow, Creative Partner
Before co-founding Pangaea, Joe led a number of work streams for Waitrose and John Lewis. Like both Carlo and Scott, he prospered in the commercial cauldron of Formula One and he retains a rare calmness under pressure. Joe is an expert in visual communication and the practical application of visual identity across both print and digital media.

Scott has worked in five continents and more than 30 countries adding value to major brands as communicator, strategist and commercial leader. Former employers include Saatchi & Saatchi, NIKE, Heinz and Williams F1. He blends international leadership, a deep understanding of the value of strong brands, a passionate belief in the power of teamwork and an ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
