Carlo was Williams F1’s creative leader for five seasons, designing all brand touch points from sales and commercial materials to the Formula One car’s livery. In a world where brand value is measured in millions, Carlo saw to it that Williams and its clients were always perfectly presented. He specialises in 3D design, brand identity, digital and design for print.

Joe Swallow, Creative Partner
Joe is a former Design Manager at Integrity, where he led a number of work streams for clients Waitrose and John Lewis, focused on customer journey way-finding and work place branding. This is more difficult than it sounds, however not for an expert in visual communication like Joe. Joe has great experience within Formula 1™ having worked inhouse or contracted by many of the teams on the grid.
